Sesquicentennial: Sunday 

February 4 marked the 150th anniversary of our Society. On Sunday, the 7th, the morning worship service we were blessed with the participation of a former minister, Justin Lapoint as well as  Rev. Diane Dowgiert.  The sermon was delivered by the Reverend Robert Hardies, of All Souls Church in Washington D.C.

In the afternoon, Rev. Lapoint and Rev. Dowgiert presided over a communion service after the fashion of the 1850s.

The weekend celebration culminated in a "birthday party" in the Fellowship Hall.
